• Application Deadline: The online application submission deadline is 07-04-2026.
• Processing Fee: Deposit the prescribed processing fee and attach the auto-generated challan receipt with the hard copy of the application.
• Hard Copy Submission: Submit the hard copy of the application along with all supporting documents to the Office of the Registrar on or before 10-04-2026. Applications received after the stipulated deadlines, either online or in hard form, shall not be entertained. Once submitted, the online application cannot be edited or modified under any circumstances.
• Required Documents: Applicants are required to submit one (01) copy of the complete dossier (duly signed), including a printed copy of the online application form, along with all uploaded credentials, i.e., attested copies of Degrees and both sides of Result Cards/Transcripts, Detail Marks Certificates (DMCs), only verified degrees/transcripts from HEC/Boards, etc.), first page of publication(s)/article(s), Experience Certificate(s) (where applicable), NOC (if required), Domicile, and CNIC. The application must be complete in all respects and submitted through postal/courier service by hand. Eligibility in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date (Online Form Submission) i.e. 07-04-2026.
• Multiple Applications: Applying for more than one post requires a separate application for each post. Clearly mention the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
• Government Employees: Applicants working on Regular / Acting Charge / Officiating / Ad-hoc / Current Charge / Contract basis in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies (including employees of the University of Gujrat) must apply through proper channel and attach NOC (issued by the Appointing Authority or Authorized Office) along with Experience Certificate(s) issued by their present and former Appointing Authority/Head of Institution/Organization or Authorized Office. Otherwise, their application shall be considered incomplete and liable to rejection.
• Experience Verification: All claimed experience will be considered only if the applicant produces documentary evidence duly verified/attested, signed and stamped by the respective Appointing Authority, as per the Employment Verification Proforma (EVP) available on the University of Gujrat website along with the subject advertisement.
• Private Sector Experience: Experience in private entities shall only be accepted if such entities are duly registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other relevant Regulatory Authority/Body/Council.
• Daily Wages/Part-time Experience: Experience gained on daily wages, part-time, visiting, honorary, or apprentice basis shall not be considered.
• Equivalence Certificates: Applicants possessing domestic/foreign degrees, diplomas, or certificates requiring equivalence with the prescribed qualification(s) for the advertised post, must attach the relevant equivalence certificate issued by the competent authority (e.g., HEC/PEC/Inter Boards Chairman Committee, etc.). Failure to provide the required equivalence certificate shall result in the cancellation of candidature.
• Delays: The University shall not be responsible for delays in receiving application forms, call letters for tests/interviews, or offer/appointment letters due to courier or postal service lapses.
• Quotas: Quotas for minorities, persons with disabilities, and women shall be observed in accordance with Government rules. Applicants applying under these quotas must clearly indicate the relevant quota in their application. In case no suitable candidate is recommended against the quota posts, such posts may be filled on open merit.
• University Discretion: The University reserves the right not to fill any post or to withhold appointments against any advertised post without assigning any reason. The number of posts may be increased or decreased as per the requirements of the University.
