Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience as Publishers Team Lead or similar role
• 3-5 years experience with publishers, in-app traffic, and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava)
• 3–5+ years of business development experience with in-app traffic and digital/performance marketing
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to build and execute growth plans for existing partners
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven mindset with strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze and optimize performance
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Publishers team, ensuring strong accountability and continuous improvement
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets, actively tracking progress against company goals
• Coach and mentor the team on sales approach, negotiation, and partner management
• Improve internal processes and workflows for increased efficiency and scalability
• Own and drive performance across publisher activities, focusing on profitability and traffic quality
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
• Work cross-functionally with AdOps, BI, Product, and Finance to enhance tracking and efficiency
• Drive growth strategy across publisher partnerships, identifying new opportunities
• Lead negotiations with key publishers to secure high-value, scalable deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic publishers and manage top-tier accounts
