Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and vendor reconciliations
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense claims
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgeting data
• Support audit, tax, and compliance-related documentation
