Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, budget control, and team coordination for power infrastructure projects
• Manage proposal development, cost estimation, and contract negotiations for competitive EPC tenders
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Manage execution of EPC projects (substations and transmission lines up to 500kV), including construction of allied civil works
