• Prepare and check dyeing solutions for each lot
• Ensure fabric quality through dryness, pH, and whiteness checks
• Maintain and monitor machine parameters for optimal performance

Skills

• Prepare dyeing solution for each lot
• Check the dryness, pH & whiteness of the half-bleached fabric
• Take rapid sampling of each lot prior to bulk
• Maintain, check and note the pad batch dyeing parameter
• Check & note washing machine parameters

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare & check dyeing solution for each lot
• Check the dryness, pH & whiteness of the half-bleached fabric
• Responsible to take rapid sampling of each lot prior to bulk
• Present the rapid sample to shift Incharge for matching
• Maintain, check and note the pad batch dyeing parameter
• Check & note pump ratio, pickup and nip pressure of the pad batch dyeing machine
• Check & note washing machine parameters
• Check the shade of each lots after washing and present to Incharge for decision
• Check concentration of chemicals randomly from lab
• Report to Shift supervisor/Manager in case of any problem observed in machine
• Prepare consumption reports of chemicals
• Re-check the weight of dyestuff
• Monitor subordinates to work efficiently & effectively
