Ltd., a leading Karachi-based, vertically integrated denim manufacturing and export-oriented company, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill the position of Sr./Manager in Internal Auditing, Governance & Control. This role is crucial for ensuring the company's financial integrity and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, along with the ability to design effective audit plans and control systems. The role demands experience in a similar capacity and a preference for candidates holding CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Required Qualification: CA/ACCA/ACMA/ICMA.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding CIA certification.
• Strong Analytical, Communication, and Report-Writing Skills.
• Ability to design Audit Plans and Control Systems.
