• Proven track record in field sales, business development, or franchise/dealer network management
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a target-driven field
• Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and expand franchise/dealer presence
• Ability to independently identify, approach, and onboard new franchise/business locations
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed assigned sales, revenue, and billing targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Strong experience motivating, training, and managing a network of franchisees and field staff
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with local businesses and franchise partners
• Ability to read regional performance data, identify underperformance, and take corrective field action
