Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement company quality procedures, standards, and specifications
• Collaborate with other managers and staff, providing training on quality standards
• Apply hands-on experience in developing/implementing SQAM, MQC, and FMEA for automotive parts
• Manage customer complaints and internal issue resolution effectively
• Lead compliance requirements for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22001
• Oversee customer and external audits, monitoring and following up on countermeasures closure
