Skills

• Possession of a valid CNIC
• Holding a valid National Tax Number (NTN)
• Being on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR
• Minimum 5 years of documented experience in conducting public auctions for government entities
• Minimum age of 30 years
• Proficiency in computer knowledge
• Established office in Pakistan with relevant documentation
• Financial soundness certified by a scheduled bank
• Membership in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• Not being blacklisted by any government organization or procurement regulatory authority

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct public auctions of unserviceable, obsolete, and scrap government items
• Manage auctions for vehicles, IT equipment, machinery, office furniture, and other assets
• Adhere to 'as-is, where-is' basis for all auctioned items
• Provide a surety bond for satisfactory performance
• Provide a bank guarantee as required
