Skills

• Minimum qualification Intermediate/Matriculation
• Certification/training in Padel Sports, Physical Education or a related field
• Good knowledge of Padel rules, techniques, court safety and basic coaching methods
• Physically fit, disciplined, courteous
• Capable of performing court assistance and ball-retrieval duties
• Certification/training in Football Sports, Physical Education or a related field
• Good knowledge of Football rules, techniques, ground safety and basic coaching methods
• Relevant experience in Padel coaching/instruction or a similar sports facility
• Relevant experience in Football coaching/instruction or a similar sports facility

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training for Padel club members
• Ensure the safety and well-being of participants during training sessions
• Develop and implement effective coaching strategies
• Manage court facilities and equipment
• Assist in organizing sports events and competitions
• Provide court assistance and ball-retrieval duties for Ball Boy/Court Attendant roles
• Maintain discipline and a positive environment for all participants
