Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and explain fund calls (current expenses and works) to co-owners
• Prepare annual account closings and allocations
• Analyze SRU annexes, balance sheet accounts, trial balance, and general ledger
• Prepare sales promise files, dated statements, and validate transfer notices
• Monitor cash flow (receipts and disbursements)
• Independently perform and resolve bank reconciliations for portfolios
• Execute diverse operations and bank orders
