  • Deposit the required fee (Rs. 1200 for BPS-18, Rs. 800 for BPS-16) in the State Bank/National Bank of Pakistan or Government Treasury.
  • Use the Head of Account: C02101 ORGAN OF STATE EXAM FEE RECEIPT BPSC.
  • Include the relevant RCO/District-wise Code in the Challan (available on the BPSC website).

  Prepare the following documents for submission after qualifying for the viva-voce test:

  • Four (04) attested photographs.
  • Matric and Intermediate DMC/Certificates.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, M.Phil., Ph.D. Transcripts/Degrees.
  • CNIC (National Identity Card).
  • Experience Certificate (if required), showing job nature/detailed description.
  • Local/Domicile Certificate (duly verified).
  • Departmental Permission Certificate (for government employees).
• 🕒 Important Dates and Reminders:
  • Closing Date: The advertisement closing date is 16th December, 2025 (Tuesday).
  • Admit Card/Roll Number Slip: Admit cards and roll number slips for screening/written tests will be available on the BPSC website. Candidates will also be notified via SMS.

Important Note: Candidates must bring original CNIC and Treasury Receipt (Green Challan) to the screening/written test. Preserve the original T.R and do not send it to BPSC in advance.
