Alternatively, deposit the fee online in HBL Mumtazabad Branch, Multan, Account No. 1266800875503, titled "MNS UET (Payment/Freedom Current)".
• Required Documents: Accompany your application with 06 passport-sized photographs, attested copies of all certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, equivalence certificates from concerned authority, valid registration certificate from PEC/PMDC (if applicable), CNIC, domicile, and an updated CV.
• Government/Semi-Government Employees: Candidates already in service with Government/Semi-Government Departments or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel. They are required to obtain and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) on the prescribed format with their application. Applications not submitted through the proper channel will not be entertained.
• No Pending Inquiry Certificate: All in-service candidates must submit a "No Pending Inquiry Certificate" from their respective organizations/institutions along with their applications.
