Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a relevant field
• 5-6 years of olive oil industry experience for Production Manager
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Technology or relevant field with 3-5 years of olive oil industry experience for Manager Research (R&D)
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, PEC registered, with 3-4 years' plant maintenance experience in an edible oil/food processing unit
• Hands-on knowledge of extraction machinery, decanters, separators, pumps, and boilers for Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum BS/MSc in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology or relevant field with 2-3 years' edible oil quality control lab experience
• Knowledge of oil testing (FFA, peroxide value, moisture) and HACCP/ISO/PSQCA standards for Chemist (Lab)
• BBA/MBA (Marketing) with 7-8 years FMCG/food product marketing experience to lead integrated marketing communication, innovation and strategic initiatives for Manager Marketing
• BBA/MBA (Marketing) or relevant field with 1-2 years FMCG/food product marketing experience, familiarity with social media, trade marketing, and team coordination for Assistant Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee production operations and ensure efficiency
• Conduct research and development for product improvement
• Manage plant maintenance and engineering processes
• Perform quality control tests and ensure compliance with standards
• Lead marketing strategies and campaigns
