Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport passengers requiring assistance due to disability or age
• Ensure safe and comfortable journeys for all passengers
• Provide support and assistance to passengers as needed
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude
• Act as a listening ear for passengers
• Ensure passengers arrive safely at their destinations (medical appointments, day care, etc.)
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Communicate with dispatch via phone or onboard system
• Contribute to the mobility of others
