Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy aligned with Board priorities
• Drive portfolio diversification and identify new growth opportunities across conventional and renewable energy and other potential sectors
• Originate and execute strategic investments, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and project financing, as well as overseeing the disposal of non-used power plants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners at national and international levels
• Navigate Pakistan's evolving energy landscape, including CTBCM and related regulatory frameworks
• Engage effectively with government authorities, regulators, and key stakeholders to support business objectives in other diversified fields
• Ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and delivery of financial and performance targets
• Oversee the execution of existing and pipeline projects
• Strengthen organizational capability, leadership bench, and performance culture
• Promote innovation, accountability, and high standards of governance
