We have an immediate opening for the post of Chief Financial Officer. The job location is Islamabad.

Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, ACMA, or CPA)
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience
• At least 5 years of experience as CFO or Head of Finance
• Experience in hospitality, a members' club, or a not-for-profit organization is preferred
• Working experience with ERP/hospitality accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera, or similar)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and laws
• Manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables, and recovery of outstanding dues
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and investments of Club funds and banking relationships
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls over F&B, rooms, stores, sports, and event revenues
• Liaise with external auditors and the Head of Internal Audit
• Ensure full tax compliance (income tax, sales tax on services, withholding) and all statutory filings
• Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to the CEO, Finance Committee, and Board
• Lead, develop, and supervise the Finance & Accounts team
