• Required Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)
• Experience: 20+ years in finance and accounting, with substantial senior leadership experience. Minimum 5 years as CFO or equivalent. Experience in large-scale mixed-use projects is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Big Four accounting firm background, additional qualifications in finance, business, or investment management.

Skills
