Skills

• Minimum 10 years in Senior Positions in Information Security operations and management roles
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national/ international), technological advancements in industry and international best practices
• Profound knowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with NADRA's vision for Information Security (IS)/ Cyber Security (CS)
• Expert in need analysis, gap identification and taking corrective measures to address identified issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to represent NADRA at local and international forums on matters related to IS/CS
• Good leadership qualities and abilities to handle team of IS professionals
• Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically and make informed, timely decisions as per arising critical scenarios
• Relevant Certifications in IS Audits especially CISA, CISM etc
• Shall be preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates holding Ph.D/Doctorate degree

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of Data Security framework and technology
• In-depth knowledge of information management, governance, risk assessment and compliance frameworks
• Development and management of Security Operation Centre, knowledge of required technology and its integration with IT infrastructure of organization
• Experience of developing IT Forensic Investigations Framework and Incident Response Mechanism in large organization
• Operation and management of Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, develop linkage to IS paradigm of organization and possible impact
• Mentor organization's software/ applications vulnerability assessment and network pen-testing efforts/tasks
• Planning and conducting IS training and awareness activities across the organization
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement to foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and regulatory bodies (national/ international)
• To ensure effective policy development and implementation
• Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) to encourage a culture of continuous improvement, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technological risks to make informed, evidence-based policy modifications
