• Develop IT budgets as part of corporate planning exercises
• Manage all IT personnel of FESCO
• Oversee all affairs of the IT department of FESCO
• Coordinate with other department heads to maximize effective delivery of IT services
• Maintain effective relationships with key IT stakeholders of the electricity sector
• Keep track of the latest IT developments
• Update the IT strategy, IT policy, protocols, and standards periodically
• Validate alignment with internal business requirements and external dynamics
