Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital transformation initiative by modernizing manual systems with digital platforms and defining a technology roadmap aligned with the corporation's strategic goals
  • Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise-wide digital systems, including ERP, HRMS, Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, GIS, SCADA, and EDMS
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity by managing network security, access controls, disaster recovery, and ISO-27001 compliance
  • Manage the IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and IT continuity
  • Establish IT governance, master data management, and quality standards, leveraging business intelligence and AI for informed decision-making
  • Drive smart utility initiatives, including smart water metering, IoT sensors, and asset tracking
  • Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to timelines, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
  • Develop and enforce IT policies covering governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT asset management
  • Utilize emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, RPA, and blockchain to enhance operations
  • Report progress quarterly to the CEO
  • Manage and mentor direct reports and divisional IT heads
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and administrative regulations
