Duties and Responsibilities:

• Head NDRMF's internal audit function
• Provide evidence-based assurance to the Board and Audit & Finance Committee
• Report functionally to the Audit & Finance Committee and the Board of Directors
• Safeguard independence and administrative protocols
• Manage NDRMF's Gender & Development (GAD) function
• Lead gender mainstreaming across institutional operations and project portfolio
• Implement approved GAD Policy and Strategy
• Ensure effective integration of gender safeguards throughout the project cycle
• Maintain compliance with applicable policies, institutional requirements, and international good practices
