Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Monitoring and Reporting Department
• Provide strategic oversight for development and implementation
• Supervise formulation and execution of strategic monitoring plans
• Oversee development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators
• Support Ministry of Energy in strategic roadmaps and monitoring
• Provide technical and executive support for strategic plans
• Lead performance contract management function
• Supervise team leads and technical staff
• Ensure uniformity, accuracy, and consistency of reported data
• Oversee sector-wide digital platforms for performance monitoring
• Guide preparation of periodic analytical briefs
• Lead institutional response to legal and regulatory directives
• Promote use of digital tools for enhanced performance tracking
