• Proficiency in chiller operations and maintenance
• Ability to perform routine start-up and shut-down procedures
• Skill in evaluating and resolving chiller-related problems
• Capability to acquire necessary tools and parts for repairs
• Experience with centrifugal pumps and cooling towers
• Knowledge of AC plant room management
• Ability to coordinate with the powerhouse during power outages
• Understanding of electric control panels for AC plant equipment
• Competence in attending to cooling/heating complaints
• Skill in maintaining log sheets

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain chillers according to established protocols
• Ensure proper start-up and shut-down of chillers
• Evaluate chiller problems and plan necessary repairs
• Locate and acquire all required tools and parts for routine and emergency situations
• Manage the operation of centrifugal pumps and cooling towers
• Maintain cleanliness and manage AC plant rooms
• Coordinate with the powerhouse during electricity shutdowns
• Maintain all electric control panels related to AC plant room equipment
• Attend to complaints regarding cooling or heating via telephone
• Maintain accurate log sheets for all operations and complaints
