Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)
At least 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in civil engineering design, planning, and cost estimation
Experience in preparing Engineer's Estimates, technical specifications, and bidding documents
Good knowledge of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards, Building Codes of Pakistan, and construction regulations
Proven track record in administration, monitoring, and enforcement of civil works
Experience with FIDIC or similar international contract standards
Experience in projects financed by the World Bank, ADB, JICA, UN agencies, or other development partners is an advantage
