- Monitor contractor performance, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project timelines
- Ensure all civil works comply with building codes, fire safety regulations, and infection control requirements applicable to healthcare facilities
- Support accreditation-related civil infrastructure requirements (e.g

- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and material suppliers for civil works execution
