• Ability to maintain assigned areas in a clean and comfortable condition
• Proficiency in performing daily cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Capability to handle patient and family interactions with politeness and a non-aggressive attitude
• Skill in assisting with patient transport for medical procedures
• Ability to manage departmental supplies as directed
• Competence in preparing soiled laundry for washing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the entire assigned location in an appropriate and comfortable condition as per supervisor directives
• Complete clean turnovers and make-readies of vacant patient units
• Perform daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming in assigned areas
• Exhibit polite, non-aggressive, and moral behavior with patients and their families
• Assist in trash removal at the assigned area
• Transport patients for X-rays, lab tests, and between different hospital areas
• Ensure hospital equipment, patient beds, and windows are properly cleaned and dusted
• Bring departmental supplies or pharmacy items as directed by the area supervisor
• Remove and prepare soiled laundry from floors for washing
