Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organize CBO for newly hired nursing staff
• Conduct special courses according to the needs of nursing staff to enhance their existing knowledge base
• Assist in the planning, development, and instruction of nursing courses for educational or medical programs
• Improve and maintain high standards of nursing care to patients
• Increase the satisfaction level of patients and relatives
• Conduct lectures on relevant nursing topics
• Update knowledge regarding handling and upkeep of the latest tools for monitoring
• Participate in seminars and meetings
• Provide staff with opportunities to acquire knowledge and practice skills identified in their JDs using varied and appropriate teaching methods
• Plan learning activities to meet program outcomes based on standards set by policies and acceptable practices
• Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement processes
• Engage in personal professional development
• Provide clinical instruction to nursing staff in approved health care settings
• Adhere to the policies of the clinical setting and the Indus College of Nursing
• Discuss with staff their concerns and/or problems directly or indirectly related to learning experiences
• Provide clinical, classroom, and skills lab instruction
