• Design, develop, review, and update drug-related protocols
• Provide evidence-based drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
• Participate in education, training, and mentorship of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, residents, students, and healthcare professionals
• Proactively identify, document, and report suspected Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and medication errors
• Assess causality of reported events
• Identify system vulnerabilities that could lead to medication errors and suggest corrective actions
• Participate in real-time error prevention strategies
• Counsel patients on potential adverse effects of their medications
• Perform basic Root Cause Analysis

• Lead or actively participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Enhance patient safety, reduce medication errors, and ensure safe Medicines Management practices
