- Collaborate with protection team, LHV’s, and Community Mobilizers for integrated care
- Uphold confidentiality, informed consent, do-no-harm, and non-discrimination principles
- Actively participate in inter-agency mental health and protection coordination forums
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake direct psychotherapy for clients diagnosed with moderate to severe mental health conditions
- Ensure clients exhibiting symptoms of Severe Mental Illness (SMI) are referred appropriately
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager
- Ensure completion of the assigned target number of beneficiaries within each quarter
- Undertake any other task assigned by the supervisor
