Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor production schedule and ensure timely completion of assigned orders
• Ensure proper tools, fixtures, and equipment are available and installed in CNC machines
• Cut and prepare raw materials to support CNC milling and machine loading
• Print and manage production orders and related documentation via SAP
• Configure products and verify production requirements before machining
• Load CNC machines and robotic systems by mounting raw materials on pallets and assigning CNC programs
• Perform first‑article inspections and verify initial production runs meet specifications
• Adjust existing CNC programs when necessary
• Create and program simple CNC operations
• Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, quality, and cycle times
• Conduct routine machine checks and minor maintenance activities
• Monitor production quality and take corrective actions as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with procedures
• Record production data accurately and report equipment or process issues to supervisors
