Consultant Required at CPSP Regional Center Faisalabad

College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan is seeking applications from Consultant Architectural firms for designing & construction work at the CPSP Regional Centre Faisalabad. This role involves contributing to projects such as the First Floor Guest House & Rehabilitation work at Ground Floor.

The ideal candidates/firms should have specialized knowledge of construction, specifically in Guest House Buildings and Office buildings. An established office in Faisalabad is also required. Local firms are preferred.

   • ✅ Certificate of registration with PEC/PCATP as a Consultant/Contractor company
   • ✅ Affidavit that the Firm is not or has not been in litigation with their clients or blacklisted with any Client
   • ✅ NTN Number/Registration
2. Submit Your Application:

   • 👉 Ensure your application reaches the Secretary, CPSP, within two weeks of the publication of this advertisement.
   • 👉 The deadline for submission is 19th December, 2025, at 03:00 PM.
3. Important Information:
   • 📝 TOR (Terms of Reference) will be issued to the shortlisted consultants only.
   • 💳 A fee of Rs.5000/- (Rupees: Five Thousand only) is required for the TOR, which is non-refundable.
   • The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications.
