- Coordinate with government departments, LHS/FPs, CHWs, reporting health facilities, district teams, partners, and other stakeholders
- Support planning and organization of MRMs, DRMs, JMVs, trainings, workshops, and other program activities
- Support CHW mapping, deployment, training, orientation, follow-up, and maintenance of related records
- Collect, compile, enter, maintain, and manage ICCM data using approved tools and reporting systems, including DHIS2
- Compile and review monthly reports from CHWs and reporting health facilities and ensure timely submission to the Provincial Team
- Analyze program data, track key indicators, prepare regular reports, and provide data for program planning and decision-making
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, including FM1/FM2 registers, referral slips, and other source documents
- Conduct data validation, spot checks, and supportive supervisory visits to improve reporting quality and compliance
- Verify reported commodity utilization, including RDTs, against stock records and reported service delivery, as applicable
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records of program, training, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Support preparation of work plans, budgets, progress reports, budget-versus-expenditure statements, and other program documentation
- Support preparation of correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations, success stories, and logistical arrangements for program activities
- Provide orientation and technical support to relevant staff on data collection, reporting procedures, and data quality, and ensure compliance with program, donor, and government requirements
- Share regular updates on program progress, data, gaps, and challenges with the supervisor and Provincial Team
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor
