This role will focus heavily on engaging with communities and spreading health awareness. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage communities in the program’s catchment area
• Utilize community engagement approaches and participatory rural appraisal (PRA) tools
• Identify stakeholders and facilitators and conduct regular meetings
• Understand and operate the telehealth program
• Establish community referrals to the telehealth facility and programs
• Perform other tasks as needed
• Spread information about the telehealth center in the communities
• Conduct health awareness sessions
• Identify community health needs and information
• Travel to community homes, locations, NGOs, and outreach destinations
• Collect community feedback
• Document all the data coming from the field
• Report progress and weekly updates
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Support other departmental public health programs
• Perform disease screening
