- Have a good understanding of the telehealth program and how it operates

- Spread information about the telehealth center in the communities and make referrals accordingly
- Conduct health awareness sessions in the communities, homes, and in the clinic setting
- Identify community health needs and information for the core team
- Travels extensively to community homes, community locations, various NGOs, and other outreach destinations
- Collect community feedback regarding the services provided by the telehealth center
- Attend the training sessions and weekly meetings
- Document all the data coming from the field, both qualitative and quantitative, including the stories coming from the community
