- Handle all statutory filings with regulators like SECP, EAD, and renewals with PCP, KCCI
- Support the Chair in their role and provide briefing materials to stakeholders
- Verify, authenticate, and sign company documents, affixing the company seal
- Update and maintain corporate data on the company's website
- Manage annual board and committee performance evaluations
- Prepare and administer meeting evaluation forms
- Develop and arrange customized director training programs
- Conduct board orientations for new members
- Develop an annual calendar for governance initiatives
- Advise the board on corporate governance best practices
- Ensure board committees present annual targets and performance assessments
- Standardize and align Terms of Reference (TORs) for all board committees
- Develop a plan for Sustainability strategy implementation based on ISSB S1 and S2
