Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and close market surveillance alerts related to potential market abuse
• Collaborate with the surveillance team in Porto and regional experts
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of surveillance alerts
• Contribute to suspicious transaction reports submitted to the regulator
• Respond to regulatory inquiries
• Assist in configuring the surveillance system
• Participate in evolving surveillance systems and tools
• Identify and implement improvements to the surveillance framework in partnership with the first line of defense, Compliance Advisory, and IT
• Adapt surveillance processes based on new regulatory provisions
• Test new functionalities and bug fixes implemented by the IT team
