Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and water treatment systems
• Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by minimizing equipment downtime and responding promptly to maintenance issues
• Plan and monitor annual maintenance schedules, asset lifecycle management, and equipment replacement programs
• Maintain asset records, maintenance documentation, compliance reports, and key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with healthcare accreditation standards, statutory regulations, safety requirements, and quality procedures
• Manage maintenance contracts, vendors, contractors, procurement activities, and maintenance budgets efficiently
• Lead emergency maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure high performance and operational excellence
• Coordinate with internal departments and support the commissioning, renovation, and expansion of healthcare facilities while ensuring safe and efficient operations
