Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication with the client's liaison office and ensure timely updates
• Coordinate sampling, product specifications, and approvals
• Handle pricing submissions, PO issuance, revisions, and end-to-end order management
• Monitor WIP closely, identify potential delays, and drive timely resolution
• Ensure on-schedule shipments by coordinating with production, logistics, and planning teams
• Review sales and order reports to support production planning and capacity alignment
• Liaise with product development teams to track new product initiatives and technical requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to maintain accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction
• Prepare reports, documentation, and follow-ups to support smooth operational execution
