  • Prepare and coordinate the submission of project Civil, MEP, and ID BOQs, Technicals, and Engineering Estimates along with PRFs
  • Oversee all site constructions to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Prepare all construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports on project status
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for vendor onboarding and payment processing
  • Verify bills and invoices as per SOP and prepare completion certificates for vendors
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans to ensure efficient workflow
  • Make sure all safety precautions and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist the Head of Operations in developing the annual budget and yearly goals for the department
  • Participate and coordinate in meetings with Architects, End-users, and the Construction team
  • Travel frequently to sites to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Prepare operational sites renovation BOQs and execute the jobs across Pakistan
  • Undertake any other tasks as required by senior management instructions
