Skills

• • BE preferably ME in Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture/Industrial or equivalent
• • HEC-recognized institution with PEC-registered
• • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in shipbuilding
• • Project planning, production planning, or heavy engineering expertise
• • Sound knowledge of shipbuilding processes
• • Experience with project scheduling and resource planning
• • Progress monitoring and modern shipbuilding practices knowledge
• • Hands-on experience with planning and scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, ERP/project planning systems)
• • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, production schedules, and project documentation
• • Leadership skills

• • Oversee and manage complex shipbuilding projects from inception to completion
• • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines
• • Coordinate effectively with engineering and production teams
