Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate diverse teams including maintenance engineers, security personnel, and support staff
• Oversee building systems, fire safety, and biomedical waste management
• Manage time-sensitive construction and renovation projects without disrupting medical services
• Handle budget forecasting, inventory control, and cost optimization
• Lead all clinical operational functions, including inpatient and outpatient services
• Drive the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operational performance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical staff efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Ensure accreditation and quality certifications through rigorous compliance and preparation for audits
• Lead research-based inquiries into unique clinical cases and new treatment initiatives
