Pakistan Science Foundation: Director General Position Open

The Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) is seeking applications from qualified Pakistani nationals for the position of Director General (BS-21) in the Pakistan Museum of Natural History. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and contribute to the advancement of science and natural history in Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be an eminent scientist with substantial experience and a proven track record of leadership and administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in museum curation, science communication, or heritage preservation.

• Key Requirements: A Ph.D. in Botany, Zoology, Geology, or Climate Change is essential.
• Experience: At least 20 years of relevant experience in BS-17 and above, including 3 years of service in BS-20.
• Advantageous Skills: Experience in museums, strategic leadership, financial management, and project development are highly desirable.
• Publications: 15 Research Publications in HEC recognized journals' publications in internationally indexed journals (Scopus/WoS) will be preferred.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 45 and 55 years of age.
