Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Pharmacists to maintain adequate pharmacy inventory and follow protocols
• Fill patient requisitions accurately under supervision
• Ensure unit-dose medications are packed, labeled, and delivered promptly
• Monitor collected empty vials, ampoules, and packs, updating pharmacy inventory
• Maintain and monitor adequate stock levels and prepare requisitions
• Receive goods from the pharmacy store and ensure proper storage and temperature
• Issue stock according to the FEFO method
• Maintain records of all pharmacy-related documentation
• Provide assistance to pharmacy assistants and dispense drugs to nursing stations
• Maintain a record of stock detailing fast-moving/slow-moving/short expiry/expired items
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure pharmacy cleanliness and standards
• Assist Pharmacists in regularly auditing stock
• Perform all related tasks assigned by the Shift In-charge Pharmacist or Assistant Manager of Pharmacy Services
