  • Ensure facilitation centers maintain a safe and organized working environment
  • Supervise inventory and stock management, monitoring consumption and reporting
  • Generate supply requests and coordinate procurement with the Procurement Officer
  • Maintain updated records of assets and ensure proper asset tracking
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of Information Management (IM) tools
  • Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain programme databases and reporting systems
  • Analyze programme data to support evidence-based decision-making
  • Generate routine reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries
  • Collaborate with M&E teams for data verification and reporting
  • Provide training and technical support to field teams on data collection and reporting
  • Share regular operational and information management updates with management
  • Prepare and submit timely operational, administrative, and information management reports
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management
