- Screening Test: Applicants must have successfully completed the General Screening Test (GST) for Matriculation Category, achieving at least 40% marks. This test was conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS). Ensure you possess the certificate issued by STS.
- Age Calculation: The age of applicants will be calculated from the closing date of application submission, as per Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. An upper age relaxation of 5 years is provided as per Notification of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No.SOII (SGA&CD)564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025.
- Quota Reservation: The share of quota reserved for initial appointments will be adhered to as per Law / Rules / Policy of Government of Sindh.
- Government Servants: Applicants already in Government Service must obtain and submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their department prior to the submission of their application. Bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
- Policy Adherence: The appointment will be made as per the Policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023, and under the provisions of Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973, as amended from time to time.
- Interview: Applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee at District Level, headed by the Deputy Commissioner, Ghotki, along with original documents for the interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
- Preference: Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the UC / Taluka / Town where vacancy is available.
- TA/DA: No TA & DA will be admissible for the interview.
