- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of PKR 800/- must be paid online via the NTS portal. This fee can be submitted through various channels including bank deposit slips, internet banking, mobile banking, EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash, and TCS counters. Manual applications will not be accepted.
- Required Documents for Online Applicants: Along with the online application, candidates must upload scanned copies of their CNIC (both sides), domicile certificate, PRC, detailed mark sheets, and recent passport-sized photographs.
- Application for Serial Numbers 3 to 10: For positions 3 through 10, candidates should download the prescribed application form from the official website of the District & Sessions Court, Mithi.
- Submission for Positions 3-10: Duly completed application forms, along with attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile/PRC, and two recent passport-sized photographs, should be sent via postal mail or courier to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Judicial Complex Mithi.
- Multiple Applications: If applying for more than one position, a separate application form must be submitted for each role.
