Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implementing talent development strategies
• Designing, delivering, managing, and evaluating learning programs
• Conducting training needs assessments
• Coordinating with external training providers
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding
• Coordinating with hiring managers
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and labor laws
• Experience in Income Tax and Sales Tax Returns reconciliation
• Liaison with tax authorities and consultants
• Expertise in costing and variance analysis
• Accounts Receivable Management
• Maintaining customer GL and resolving discrepancies
• Working with finance and sales teams for invoicing
