Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the official vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and in proper working condition at all times
• Drive the assigned office vehicle for official duties as directed by the supervisor
• Carry out daily inspection of the vehicle including fuel level, engine oil, brakes, tyres, lights, and other essential components
• Ensure timely servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of the vehicle in accordance with the prescribed schedule
• Properly maintain the vehicle logbook and accurately record mileage, fuel consumption, and details of official trips
• Remain available for official assignments during office hours and, when required, perform duties beyond regular working hours
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in connection with official transport services
