• Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and resolving operational problems
• Ensuring correct and timely handling of baggage, cargo, and mail
• Checking, registering, and relabeling baggage as needed
• Ensuring the safe use of Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
• Communicating with airlines, air traffic control, and other stakeholders
• Recording operational specifics and reporting to management
• Assisting the operation during disruptions or peak periods
• Participating in mandatory training and recertifications
